Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

Note: Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Returns Policy

Change of Mind Returns

  • Timeframe: Within 7 days of receipt
  • Condition: Original packaging, unused, resellable condition
  • Shipping: Customer pays return shipping
  • Refund: Store credit for future purchase
  • Note: Shipping costs are NOT refunded

Warranty Returns

  • Timeframe: Within 90 days of receipt
  • Process: Submit warranty claim
  • Shipping: Customer pre-pays; we reimburse on valid claims
  • Processing: 7 days to process warranty claim
  • Options: Refund to payment method, store credit, or replacement (if available)

Delivery Terms

Domestic: 2–7 days standard transit.

International: 4–22 days depending on courier and destination.

Dispatch: Orders dispatched within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Warehouse operates Monday–Friday (standard business hours). Closed on national holidays. P.O. Box: postal services only. Military addresses: standard shipping available where applicable.

Tracking & Support

Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link to follow your shipment.

Damaged Parcels

  1. 1 Reject parcel from courier if possible
  2. 2 Contact customer service immediately
  3. 3 Follow the next steps we provide

If delivery time exceeds the forecasted period, please contact us for investigation.

Taxes & Insurance

Sales tax is applied to the price of goods as displayed on the website.

Import duties & taxes for international shipments are pre-paid; no additional fees are due upon arrival.

Insurance: Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier. Damaged in transit or lost in transit: refund or replacement is processed after courier investigation.

Cancellation & Support

We can accept cancellations at any time before dispatch. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
