Refund & Cancellation Policy

All printable products including Pujya Pandit G Kundali & Horoscope, Year Book, Trikal Samhita and Janam Patri are non-returnable.

1. 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations received before 48 hours of the date of service may be eligible to receive a 40% refund of booking amount after deduction of administrative cost determined by the Company for the particular service(s).
2. 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations received before 24 hours of the date of service may be eligible to receive a 20% refund of booking amount.
3. Same Day Cancellation: Cancellations received within 24 hours from the service date will not be eligible for a refund under any condition.
4. Cancellation Method: Cancellation request will be only accepted via e-mail.
5. Promotional Offers: If the service(s) was provided as a part of a promotional offer, loyalty scheme or any type of benefits, there will be refund only to the extent of the actual money paid by the registrant.
6. Email Verification: All refund requests must be made by the registrant only from the same email which was used at the time of signing up that is stored with the Company. No refund request will be entertained if it is from a different email id.
7. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after approval of the refund request.
8. Service Completion: Once the service has been completed and delivered, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
9. Force Majeure: In case of natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events, the Company reserves the right to modify or cancel services without refund.
10. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved through our customer service team, and their decision will be final.

For physical products (excluding printable items):

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be in original condition and packaging
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Refund will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned item
